We guarantee the MARE MONTI watch described on the GUARANTEE CARD for a period of two years from its date of purchase. This guarantee, valid internationally, applies only to MARE MONTI watches purchased at an approved MARE MONTI dealer and whose GUARANTEE CARD has been filled in completely and correctly by the dealer.  

The current guarantee covers defects in the watch’s materials or resulting from manufacturing.   Not included in the manufacturer’s guarantee:  

- Glass, non-metallic bracelet.

- Damage due to an accident, normal wear and tear, negligence, poor treatment or attempts to repair by an agent or his representatives, not approved by MARE MONTI.

- All damage subsequently directly or indirectly attributable to the above-listed circumstances as well as to any inappropriate usage, lack of precision, malfunction or lack of conformity of the watch.  

In case of defects covered by the guarantee, your watch will be repaired or replaced free of charge at the sole discretion of MARE MONTI. The dealer/agent takes upon himself the responsibility of any other service he undertakes beyond those under the present guarantee.  

  The present guarantee applies subject to the rules and regulations in force in the country concerned, especially those concerning the benefits of the legal guarantee concerning latent defects.
